Terms of Service
SiteGuardScan — Effective Date: April 10, 2026
1. Scope of Services
SiteGuardScan provides website security scanning, analysis, and remediation services based on
industry standards and available system access. Services are limited to the selected package
and do not extend beyond explicitly defined scope unless separately agreed.
2. No Guarantee of Security
Client acknowledges that no system can be made completely secure. SiteGuardScan does not guarantee
the identification, prevention, or elimination of all vulnerabilities, threats, or future exploits.
Security improvements reduce risk but do not eliminate it.
3. No Warranty
All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted operation.
4. Client Responsibilities
Client is solely responsible for maintaining system access, credentials, hosting configurations, backups,
and implementation of any recommendations provided. Failure to act on recommendations may limit effectiveness.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteGuardScan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, business interruption,
reputational damage, or security breaches. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
6. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SiteGuardScan from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses
arising from the use of services, misuse of recommendations, or failure to implement security controls.
7. Payment Terms
All services require full payment in advance. Pricing is fixed per selected package and reflects the defined scope.
8. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital security services, no refunds, cancellations, or reversals will
be granted once payment is processed, regardless of outcome, findings, or client expectations.
9. Service Limitations
Services may be affected by system access, third-party platforms, hosting restrictions, or external dependencies
beyond SiteGuardScan’s control. Completion timelines are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.
10. Confidentiality
All client data is handled with reasonable security measures and used solely for service delivery. Sensitive
information will not be disclosed except as required for service execution or legal compliance.
11. Force Majeure
SiteGuardScan shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control,
including outages, cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, or third-party service disruptions.
12. Modifications
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance
of the current version.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by applicable laws within the jurisdiction of operation, without regard to
conflict of law principles.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using SiteGuardScan services, the client confirms full understanding and acceptance of these terms.
